Automotive beam steel family is mainly used in stringer and transverse beam of automobile, and is the ealiest de-veloped product in LY Steel. Presently, over one million tons have been put into market, of which LG510L and LG610L awarded national metallurgy product quality certificate gold prize and LG510L awarded metallurgic in-dustry quality excellent product prize. The product has good cold machining and formability. It can meet many machining requirements such as cutting, slitting, stamping , bending, roll pressing and welding. Delivery standard refers to Q/OHAC 809 Sheet and Strip for Automotive Beam.

As one of the few enterprises in China that can stably produce and supply extremely thin and wide steel for automotive compartment, we can stably supply the extreme specifications of 1.2 ×1250mm,

2.0 ×1610mm and 3.0 × 1800mm, which is the first choice of lightweight materials for commercial vehicles.

This grade is uncoated and can be delivered as hot rolled or pickled. After hot stamping, the grade possesses high strength which can be applied in anticollision parts in passenger car or in parts, axle housing, wheel in commercial vehicle that ask for lightweight, sharply reducing vehicle weight.

High strength cold-formed steel takes full of the precipitation strengthening of the second phase particle, with high strength and high elongation. The product is mainly applied in manufacturing framework of new energy vehicle, and it can be used to make square tube and deformed tube. This product also has good weldability and  anti-corrosion performance.

Lianyuan Steel's Martensitic Dual Phase Steel (DP Series) is a low-alloy high-strength steel featuring high strength + good formability, mainly used in lightweight and impact-resistant scenarios

Bainite Dual Phase Steel (BDPS) is a low-alloy high-strength steel with a microstructure of ferrite (matrix) plus bainite (second phase). It balances good strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance, along with excellent formability and weldability. Primarily used in medium-low temperature and fatigue-resistant scenarios like automotive chassis components and construction machinery structural parts, it differs from martensitic dual-phase steel by emphasizing toughness.

Steel for axle housing is dedicatedly used in automobile rear axle housing. Customer requires it to be with high strength, good formability and fatigue property.

Automotive wheel steel is one of the most important parts in automobiles, with complex deformation during the manufacturing, which not only need to satisfy technology requirements, but also meet the process require-ments of mass production. Therefore, the requirement on automotive wheel steel is stringent.
